Przyjazd nauczycieli w ramach programu Comenius cz. II

Następnie nasi partnerzy projektowi obserwowali typową lekcję języka polskiego w klasie VI, zaś w klasie IV przyglądali się lekcji historii poświęconej tematyce święta 11 listopada i wydarzeniom prowadzącym do odzyskania niepodległości przez nasz kraj. Uwieńczeniem tych zajęć był uroczysty polonez, do którego odtańczenia szóstoklasiści zaprosili również gości.

Comenius visitors in our school - part 1

From 20th  to 23rd  February our school hosted the visitors from the schools in the Czech Republic, Sweden and Croatia cooperating with us in the Comenius Partnership. The guests were welcomed by the principal and teachers of Powstańców Śląskich Primary School on Thursday evening; they could get to know one another, talk and watch the multimedia presentations of all the schools.

Our local government

In October and November 2013 grade V students  participated in the creation of a movie about our local government. As a part of this activity, students interviewed the mayor of Strumień Mrs Anna Grygierek and the Chairman of the City Council who told them of their obligations, the structure of the local government and performing various functions as well as the role of residents in the management of the municipality.
On November 25, students also took part in an  unusual event: the session of the City Council, during which they talked about Comenius project.
